I've been a licensed home inspector and in the business SINCE 2006. I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) to maintain membership, we must complete almost 4 times the states continuing education requirements.

Education and Experience make all the difference in the world, and you can see it in my reporting. But if i do have a question, i have a great resource in InterNACHI in that i can benefit from research and experiences of other fellow inspectors. Yes there are some really great inspectors out there that are older than me and

have been around longer, but just watch me work, watch my efforts, my enthusiasm and know i really do care. Not to mention, my clients are always telling me how pleased they are -which is the best gage, especially when i get repeat business from them or they refer their friends and family to me.

My business is accredited by the Better Business Bureau, I am rated A. My service models is "treat every client as family" and that is why I hold ethics above all. I give the kind of service i would want to receive.

I am independent and unbiased when inspecting a home, i don't solicit Real Estate agents or brokerage firms for referrals because i believe in the inherent potential for a conflict of interest. An agent wants the home to sell above all, after all it is a buyer beware world out there.  But that is why you hire a professional like me, to protect you.

I rely on happy clients to refer me and for other ethical business people to spread the word about my services as i would spread the word about their services. I am part of a trust based business networking group that meets every Thursday at noon to 1:30 pm. We have many good ethical professionals in our group.
